PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION OFFENCES IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR AS A MEANS OF MINIMIZING SQUEEZE ON BUSINESS

ABSTRACT
The authors consider separate directions of activity of the prosecution bodies in the field of counteraction to corruption, which can contribute to the reduction of squeeze on business by the state bodies. The article states that, as part of the supervision of law enforcement, prosecutors pay serious attention to the prevention and prevention of corruption against members of the business community. The authors believe that sociological research also plays an important role in minimizing the squeeze on business to determine the level of corruption in various fields of activity, the results of which are used to improve legislation.
