THE CONCEPT OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF A SUBJECT OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL (INNOVATIVE) ACTIVITY ON THE EXAMPLE OF A PARTICIPANT IN AN INNOVATIVE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER PROJECT

ABSTRACT
The article examines the legal uncertainty of the status of participants in innovative scientific and technological centers in the context of the general theory of the legal status of subjects of scientific and technological activity. The author identifies systemic contradictions in the interpretation of the content of scientific and technological activities between federal authorities. Three doctrinal approaches to determining legal status are analyzed: narrow, broad and moderate. The author substantiates the preference for a narrow approach to ensure institutional certainty and stability of legal regulation in the innovation sphere.
