REGARDING THE ROLE OF POSTAL SERVICES IN RESTORING THE APPEAL PERIOD

ABSTRACT
The article addresses both theoretical and practical situations wherein an interested party, whose procedural rights have been violated due to errors in providing postal services, can challenge a court decision and halt enforcement proceedings. The article shows what kind of mistakes are made by courts and post offices, what actions need to be taken by the affected party, as well as the relevant legal rules and existing legal precedents. Consequently, the article serves as a practical guide and offers recommendations.
