ABSTRACT
This paper, with a few additions, reflects a talk given at the Faculty of Law at St. Petersburg University during the conference marking the tenth anniversary of the Cooperation Agreement between the University of Naples Federico II and St. Petersburg University. The conference, organized in collaboration with the University of Milan, was held on 10 February 2020 and focused on "Problems of foreign investment law in Russia and in the European Union".
