ON SOME ISSUES OF PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF THE DEVELOPER WITH THE ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS UNDER THE CONTRACT OF A JOINT CONSTRUCTION (PART 1)

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the protection of the rights of the builder in transactions concerning cession in the joint construction contract. The structure of the contractual relationships arising out of cession is studied, the difference between the contract of cession and cessions itself. Particular attention is paid to the abstract nature of cession. The author considers the importance of notice of cession to the developer and the latter's consent to cession. The features of the legislation on consumer protection in cession cases are considered.
