CONSTRUCTION SERVITUDES

Abstract
In work the condition of the civil legislation about construction servitudes is considered. The attention to private construction servitudes is paid, the analysis of object, subjects, the contents and the basis of establishment of private construction servitudes is carried out. Criteria of differentiation of private construction servitudes with the right of building are allocated.
