THE PUSHKIN CARD AS AN ELECTRONIC MEANS OF PAYMENT ISSUED BY A BANK

ABSTRACT
The author examines the problems of determining the legal nature of public relations arising between the issuing bank and the recipient of the Pushkin Card. The content of the specified agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties related to the issuance and maintenance of a prepaid card, making payments by electronic means, as well as other rights defined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
